Handling:
All orders will typically be dispatched within 1-5 business days and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery. All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit. Amare Skin is not responsible for lost, delays or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. However, Amare Skin will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel. Amare Skin is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
Please note taxes & duties may be charged for international orders.
If you are ordering within the USA or Canada, it is very unlikely that your order will incur duties and taxes, especially if it's under $200. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will not incur additional taxes, duties, or other shipping/customs fees.
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. We will not reimburse customers who are subject to these fees, and we will not provide a refund for this reason. Customers must determine any expected fees prior to ordering.
If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
